سياسي تشارلز ويلر هو سياسي أمريكي، ولد في 10 أغسطس 1926 في كانساس سيتي في الولايات المتحدة.[2][3][4] نشط حزبياً في الحزب الديمقراطي. وقد انتخب عضو مجلس ولاية ميزوري .
